Our Experience
At the core of our success are its Managing and Operational directors, each bringing more than 35 years of direct industry experience. Pre-Construct Group Ltd employs over 30 highly trained, skilled, and experienced operatives, while also working closely with a network of specialist contractors. All Pre-Construct Group personnel are trained to NVQ Level 2 or above and hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards for skilled operatives. Our team possesses extensive knowledge of the latest diamond drilling, controlled demolition, and fire protection techniques, ensuring the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Health and safety
Pre-construct Group operatives undergo specialised training tailored to the unique demands of their roles. This includes expert instruction for Demolition Operatives, emphasising safe practices and hazard awareness during complex demolition tasks. Environmental Awareness training further ensures that operatives understand the ecological impact of their work and comply with sustainability standards.
Central to this framework are recognised qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, which provides managers with the skills to identify, assess, and manage workplace risks effectively. The Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and the Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) complement this by preparing site managers and supervisors to maintain safety standards, coordinate teams, and enforce regulations throughout the construction or demolition process.
